Who we are?
Cactus Home Inspection, LLC is owned and operated by me, Don Kronig. I received my home inspector’s training thru the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) school and received my radon measurement training thru the ASHI sponsored Spruce Environmental course. I successfully passed both the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) and the National Radon Proficiency Program Examination (NRPP). I am a NRPP Certified Residential Radon Measurement Provider licensed in Colorado.
I am a retiree of the Ford Motor Company, and have extensive experience with home construction, remodeling, and maintenance. I am a current ASHI member and continue to keep current on new construction and inspection techniques through continuing education with the local Rocky Mt. ASHI chapter.
